Lay-out

The building is situated on a 399m2 lot and will be divided into four separate units with a parking space each. The units are almost identical in size, with ca. 91.5 – 97.5 square meter each divided over a ground floor and a first floor. The orgininal lay-out of the first floor features two bedrooms, but it is possible to create three bedrooms. The specifications for this unit are found below the photos.

Technical details

Unit A is a corner unit with a total of 97.4 square meters of living space divided over two floors. Your entrance will be at the front of the building and in the back you have an outdoor space of 12.8 square meters. 

The building will be built using traditional building methods, aluminum window – and door frames. The first floor will have French balconies and/or will be framed with French shutters. The roof is sloped on three sides and can have windows. The unit will be fitted with 220v network connections and will be delivered turn-key, complete with kitchen and bathrooms. A customized lay-out of rooms is possible – additional costs may apply. 

Access

The unit is sold with a parking space which can be accessed using a side street next to the bar/restaurant E Teras.

Completion date

Building will start when the first two units have sold. Construction time until completion is approximately 10 months.
