Technical details

The building will be built using traditional building methods, aluminum window – and door frames. The first floor will have French balconies and/or will be framed with French shutters. The roof is mostly flat and slightly slope down on two sides. The unit will be fitted with 220v network connections and will be delivered turn-key, complete with kitchen and bathrooms. A customized lay-out of rooms is possible – additional costs may apply.
