You enter the apartment through the living room, which includes an open kitchen equipped with cutlery, pans, dishes, and glassware. To the right of the living room is the bedroom and bathroom. The bedroom is fitted with air conditioning and two wardrobes.

The resort offers a swimming pool, rinse tanks for divers, and a laundry room. A limited number of parking spaces are available for a fee. The cost for a car is $15 per month, and for a scooter, moped, or motorcycle, $10 per month.
