There is an open kitchen equipped with cutlery, pots and pans, dishes, and glassware. To the right of the living room are the two bedrooms, with the bathroom located in between. Both bedrooms have air conditioning and a wardrobe. The bathroom includes a sink, large mirror, toilet, and shower.

The resort offers a swimming pool, rinse tanks for divers, and a laundry room. A limited number of parking spaces are available for a fee. The cost is $15 per month for a car and $10 per month for a scooter, moped, or motorcycle.
