Beautiful furnished apartment with stunning sea view in Building IV of the well-known Buddy Dive Resort. The apartment on the top floor features one bedroom, a bathroom, a spacious living room with open kitchen, and a terrace with sea view. Layout

A stone staircase leads to the upper floor, where the front door provides direct access to the bedroom, which includes air conditioning, a built-in wardrobe, and an en-suite bathroom. The simple bathroom is equipped with a wall-mounted toilet, a sink, and a shower.

Facing the ocean is the long living room with two French doors opening onto the terrace. The spacious porch offers oceanview and is ideally situated to enjoy the sunset. It also overlooks Blenny’s, the swimming pool, the lush tropical garden, and Klein Bonaire.

Upon entering the living room, the L-shaped kitchen is on the left. The kitchen features base cabinets with cherry wood fronts and a dark Corian countertop. It includes a stainless steel sink and a four-burner electric stove. On the right side is a large built-in closet and a dining area. The living room includes a two-seater sofa and two armchairs, with a sideboard and TV along the long wall. The porch has a table with four chairs.

Building 4 contains a total of 10 apartments: 5 on the ground floor and 5 upstairs. Unit 408 is located in the center of the upper level. The back of the apartment block borders the Sand Dollar Condominium. Buddy Dive is a 3-star hotel known for its good reviews and reputation. There is no elevator in the building.
