Layout

The entrance is located on the side of the villa. Inside, each room is identical in size and follows a distinctive square layout. The kitchen opens onto both the inner courtyard and the pool deck.

The pool terrace features a wooden deck with sweeping views of the sea and Crown Terrace. A shade sail provides relief from the sun, and there’s an outdoor shower as well as a striking Palu di Brasil tree adding character to the space.

Technical details

The concrete roof was fully recoated in 2024. The chlorine pool measures about 18.9 x 10.2 ft (575 x 310 cm), with the pump and filter system neatly tucked beneath the terrace. All bathrooms were modernized in 2024/2025. The home features four inverter air conditioners, a full 220V electrical system, a water heater, and a septic tank.
