Building A, apartment 7 is a spacious apartment with a kitchen and livingroom, both with direct acces to the balcony, 2 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms and a separate storage room on the ground floor. The bedrooms are standard equipped with airconditioning, this can be added as a extra option in the living and kitchen. 

The apartment is perfect as a vacation home or as an investment. Due to it's recreational zoning, you can occupy the apartment yourself for up to 3 months per year and rent it out short-term during the remaining period.

Hòfi Azaléa is a new development consisting of 56 apartments across 4 buildings.
Building A and B share a resort style swimming pool and a tropical landscaped garden. The project also includes a shared parrking area, a 6-person elevator per building and solar panels for improved energy efficiency. The apartment will be delivered including a modern kitchen, stylish bathrooms, technical installations, including hot water supply and WEB certification (water/electricity). Floors and walls will be finished, and the interior walls will be smoothly plastered and painted, allowing you to move in immediately.

Technical specifications

• Construction method: solid prefab aerated concrete structure, suited to the Caribbean climate.
• Roofing: pitched roofs with metalroof-tile sheets and flat roofs with high-quality roofing.
• Floors: concrete ground floor.
• Facades: sleekly finished with carefully slected materials, matching the stule of Hòfi Azaléa. 
• Frames and doors: aluminum profiles, powder-coated in grey tones, fitted with sun-reflective glass and insect screens on tilt-and-turn windows.
• Every building wil be equipped with a 6-person elevator. 
• The building permit for this project has now been granted and the construction scheduled to begin in the second quarter of 2026.
