This apartment complex is very centrally located and less than a 10-minute walk from the ocean. There are 2 complexes on the site containing 4 apartments.

There is a small porch at the front door. Upon entering you are immediately in the living room with open kitchen. The completely new kitchen is equipped with a built-in gas stove and a refrigerator. The bedroom has a ceiling fan and air conditioning. The bathroom has a toilet, sink and a shower. The kitchen also has access to a lockable porch where the gas bottle is located but where the washing machine can also be placed.

Laundry drying racks have been placed on the site at the rear of the house. It is also possible to park on site.
