Off-market listings – what’s that all about?

Some homes, plots or investment properties aren’t listed on websites or social media, but they are quietly for sale. These are what we call off-market or silent listings. Often, sellers prefer a bit more privacy or want to quietly test the waters before going public. So, while these homes aren’t widely advertised, they’re still available for serious buyers.
